RETURN POLICY

 1. Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective. Returns will not be accepted if the defect is caused by the customer or the shipping carrier.


2. Return Window

Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt.


3. Return Process

  3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA).
  4. Packaging: Carefully repackage the defective product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided with the RA. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the defect is clearly the manufacturer's fault.


4. Refunds

Once we receive the defective product and verify the defect, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5  business days for the refund to be processed.


5. Non-Returnable Items
